In this webinar Chris and George discuss the current empirical status of Schema Domains and the new perspective this offers on core emotional needs and certain schemas (primarily Emotional Inhibition and Subjugation and, secondarily, Abandonment, Insufficient Self-control and Punitiveness). Limitations of the current long and short forms of the YSQ are discussed and suggestions made for improvements and the best versions to use for research and practice. Links between attachment theory, domains and schemas are also presented. Several questions from the audience lead to promising new directions.
